I have recordings of the people saying they did wrong and was still told not enough proof. It took over 2 years to review my case. I had to call and call or they did not move at all. The company was allowed an attorney but I was not. How is that fair?

I had a very good experience with this organization, and my case was resolved in about 6 months. The Human Rights Officer I worked with was very patient, responsive, and kind every step of the way.

I didn't feel that my situation was taken seriously. By reading the RSMO's I have a legitimate case. I would have preferred speaking with an attorney, not a supervisor.

Communication is a big problem with them.. It's almost as if they slow walk your claim on purposely.
