Writing on behalf of my mother who naturalized last week with the guidance of attorney Jack. Ten years ago my mom filed an Adjustment of Status case with Gabriel and his team and we were pleased we were able to obtain her permanent resident status after being undocumented for roughly 25 years. Now ten years later we were pleased to work with Gabriel once again for her naturalization process. We always felt that Attorney Jack has a genuine desire to help his clients which made us feel comfortable with his service. Could not recommend him more! I would like to thank Yessica and attorney Gabriel Jack for helping my husband obtain his greencard. Although, it took some time they made the process easier by always being one step ahead by making sure all required documents were gathered prior to submission. Yessica is great, very kind and professional, always on top of the case she goes on and beyond to make sure the process is running smoothly and no time is being wasted, always updating us on the status of my husband’s immigration case. Working with Gabriel Jack has been one of the most disappointing legal experiences I’ve ever had. My family hired him for my mother’s immigration case and paid 5K, yet absolutely nothing was done. For over a year, we received no real progress, and every time I contacted the office, they had no idea who we were. It was clear he never even looked at our case. Gabriel Jack takes on way too many clients and doesn’t have the capacity or care to manage them properly. There’s a complete lack of communication, organization, and accountability. We trusted him with something deeply important to our family, and he treated it like just another number in a pile. I’ve requested a refund due to the complete inaction and negligence, and even that has been ignored. If you care about your loved ones and want real legal support, I strongly urge you to stay away from this attorney. This was a waste of time, money, and emotional energy.

I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Jack and his team for assisting my niece, who works in Israel as a caregiver, in obtaining her labor certification and immigrant visa. We started the process in May 2022. In May 2025, my niece had an immigrant visa interview at the Jerusalem consulate. Her visa was delayed due to the recent war, but eventually it arrived yesterday. Everyone at MJ Law deserves praise for their professionalism and oustanding customer care!
