This firm employs the most genuine, kind hearted people. I learned my situation is actually civil law, which they took the time to tell me before I paid for a consultation. They could have just taken my money knowing it’s a different area of law than their firm practices, but they truly wanted to do as much as they could. Hopefully I do not need family law services, but if I do, I know exactly who I’m going to call. Modern Law showed integrity and honestly, which stands out more than anything.

I contacted Modern Law when I initially was considering seperation. Even after I contacted them I tried to use a mediator to which Hannah did not discourage or try to steer me away from and made it clear I should do what I think is best for myself. I am happy that I decided to move forward with Modern Law. They all have been professional. Hannah & Shalet were both prompt and straight forward with all communications. I never felt like as if I did not know what was happening. Hannah communicates very well in writing and verbally over the phone and Shalet makes sure you get all the info you need.

Going through divorce is hard enough and worrying about the right legal representation can multiply that stress. Stacey Rogan and her team have been exceptional from the beginning. I can only share my experience contacting the firm for a referral for a different type of attorney that they don't have. I had a friend recommended reaching out to this firm for a referral of a different type of law practice and this firm was OUTSTANDING! They knew from first contact they weren't getting any money from me but they offered SUPERIOR AND FAST help getting me names and contacts for attorney's that could assist with complicated elder law on an extremely short deadline. I have worked customer service and public service jobs for 14 years and if a company has that kind of level of customer service..... I would think they are the right place you are looking for.
