It was nice to get some consultation for immigration related concerns. Though we already had a lawyer working on our Adjustment of Status case at USCIS, it was nice to hear another lawyer's perspective of the health of our case based off how much more strict the process of getting approved for a Green Card has gotten. The lawyer seemed very knowledgeable and gave us 30 minutes to get our questions answered. There was no pressure to have him take over our case but if we chose to go that route, he said he will be fair with his pricing since we already had our paperwork submitted. Our current lawyer doesn't have service to accompany us to interviews, but if we feel we may need some legal representation at the USCIS interview, Monir Merhan may be the first we call.

I cannot thank Monir Mehran Law Firm and his amazing team enough ❤️❤️ Navigating a marriage-based green card can be so stressful especially gathering all the required documents but they handled everything perfectly. The team members were a huge helpful they were so responsive and answered every call and reply to emails quickly whenever we had a question. I’m very grateful to this law firm for helping secure my boyfriend’s release from ICE detention.
