Unfortunately the worst attorney experience I have ever had. Aaron Powell missed deadlines, did not follow through with any requests or even general follow-ups and was insufficient with simple, basic communication. Do not recommend at all.

We have gone with this firm twice. The first time with Blake Murray. He did a fantastic job with communication and processing everything promptly. The second time we weren’t able to get Blake and were referred to Aaron Powell and his paralegal Nicole. They did a horrible job. It took them 3 months to draft a petition to summons. We were able to figure out the situation within that time frame and honestly they made it feel like our case was not important at all. We made four calls just so they could start the draft and they just kept saying they needed to look at the previous case. Very disappointing with how Aaron Powell handled our case and everything we payed for just so they could make up a draft.

We hired Alex to represent us at a time in our life that was both stressful and extremely exhausting. Alex and his paralegal, Paula, made us feel heard, respected and prepared. We had never been through anything like this before and we honestly couldn’t have gotten through it without them. Having these two on our side made it so that were able to have a strong case and best of yet, we were able to come out of it very happy with the end results. We will forever be grateful for their professionalism and knowledge!

I can't say enough horrible things about Merritt Decker as an attorney. My best advice? Go anywhere else!!!
