I hired Ndeto Mwose for an immigration matter and had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. Communication was consistently poor, and follow-through was lacking throughout the entire process. Meetings were frequently scheduled and then canceled at the last minute, sometimes only an hour before, after I had already taken time off work and rearranged my schedule. Each cancellation came with a different explanation. While emergencies can happen, this became a pattern and felt very unprofessional. One of the most concerning issues was the lack of transparency. Despite having paid in full, I was never given a clear guarantee that he would attend my immigration interview. At times, I was told he might call in instead for an IMMIGRATION INTERVIEW!!! Going through such an important legal process without knowing whether your attorney will even be present is extremely stressful. There were also serious delays with filing. I completed all required medical exams and submitted my documents by January, yet my case was not submitted until May. I was not informed of this delay and only discovered it after repeatedly following up and later receiving confirmation from USCIS. I was told the application had already been sent when it had not been. Even more concerning, I was never provided copies of the documents that were supposedly submitted on my behalf, despite requesting them multiple times. My new attorney had to reach out directly to request this information and received no response, despite multiple emails and calls. Ultimately, I felt unsupported and left to manage critical parts of my case on my own. I later retained a new attorney, and the difference was immediate consistent communication, transparency, timely responses, and proper representation at my interview. I’m sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision. Immigration cases require reliability, accountability, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I would advise others to proceed with caution.

Hiring Mwose Law Firm was a devastating and costly mistake for my family. While Ndeto was initially polite to secure payment, everything changed immediately after the retainer was paid. Beyond producing paperwork riddled with errors that I had to correct myself, Ndeto became unreachable. He demonstrated a consistent unwillingness to return calls and, on several occasions, stood us up on scheduled meetings without notice. Most concerning was the pattern of contradictory information and repeated, recycled excuses we received regarding our case. This level of professional incompetence left my wife hanging at every single difficult step of the process. I'm not even concerned with the money at this point, it's long gone, and I don't care. The real problem is that I had to watch my wife stress, cry, and lose sleep during incredibly important steps in her case because of his negligence. For that, I will never forgive him. My only option was to hire another lawyer to start the process all over again so that she didn't end up expelled from the country. Even after we switched counsel, Ndeto failed to respond to or return calls from our new attorney to facilitate the transfer of our files. If you value your family’s safety or your own peace of mind, choose a different firm. They do not maintain their posted business hours and setting up an in-person meeting with Ndeto at his office is nearly impossible. The staff is seemingly trained to cover for Ndeto's shortcomings and he lacks the professional capacity to handle high-stakes legal matters. The final nail in the coffin was receiving an email from Ndeto's office, pleading that he promises to better communicate in the future even though our case had already been successfully processed and closed by our new lawyer long ago...

NEVER EVER go to this lawyer if you need help with immigration. He NEVER communicate to his clients. His only going to take your money and NOT DO his job. He is USELESS and not helpful!!! This is literally a type of MALFUNCTION! I don’t know how this guy became a lawyer! He is so unprofessional! Why open another law firm at another state when you can’t even handle your clients in one place. If I could give you 0 star I would literally do!!!

If you’re looking for an immigration firm that values your time and communicates effectively, Ndeto Law is NOT the place. Our experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening. • Terrible communication – We’ve waited over three months just to schedule a simple call, and the attorney repeatedly missed scheduled meetings without even offering to reschedule. • Lack of responsiveness – Despite sending multiple emails, we never received any updates or responses. It felt like we were completely ignored. • False promises – They claim to treat clients like family, but their actions show otherwise. Our time, our concerns, and ultimately, our future were disregarded. Instead of providing guidance and support, Ndeto Law has made this process even more stressful. If you cannot handle multiple clients, stop taking them! Immigration is life-changing, and the way this firm operates is completely unacceptable. To anyone considering their services – think twice.

They are incredible. I randomly called this firm for an advice because I was completely devastated about what was happening with my divorce, I needed immediate advice from immigration attorney because my family law attorney doesn't deal with immigration issues. I was impressed with compassion and knowledge and professionalism of Mwose Law Firm, they were quick, gave me confidence and directions on what to do in my situation which was very appreciated. I received the care that I didn't even expect because I contacted them off Google search I needed immediate action from them and they followed through. Forever grateful.
