Zero stars is too many stars. Tom will sell you the world, take your money, do nothing to support your case, and drop you right in the middle. He also charges the same rate for his assistant (with no law degree) to provide services on your case just to rack up the bill. He will also knowingly withhold important information related to your case that you can later find out via email.

Tom is personable and easy to get along with, but he is working within a dysfunctional system and is well aware of that. After countless reassurances from Tom that we had a strong case which would be resolved much sooner, I've found his insights are frequently misleading. Nearly 2 years after hiring him, I was still navigating the family court system with no end in sight.

Tom did a great job with my divorce! I would recommend him to anybody! Smartest one in the court room. Very intelligent. Straight forward doesn’t sugar coat things. Took his time to go over things with me.

Tom was highly recommended by one of my family members who is also an attorney. He has completely dropped the ball on my son in laws custody case. When my son in law met with him for his consultation he seemed like he was going to be a go getter. Tom collected a $5000 retainer and didn’t address any concerns. Basically Tom saw a desperate father who loves his daughter and stole his money.
