Aaah! I felt as if a heavy duty had fallen off my frame and I was not going backwards but forward into my own path as she spoke; clear and with compassion, no cutting me off because we were in dialogue, listening and talking and being respectful to the other person on the call and there was no rush. I was being heard ! someone was listening to me and she was a professional. Robin. I hope that there are other people in your organization as professionally as you are. Thank you. Had a very good experience. The person who helped me was very easy to communicate with, understood what was looking for, and gave me good and helpful feedback and guidance. She explained everything well, answered my questions, and provided good options. She was easy to work with as well as being pleasant and upbeat. 👍

Words are inadequate in relating my satisfaction with the positive, empathetic and helpful phone conversation I had with City Bar Justice. The individual I spoke with, Robin, was immediately attentive, respectful and responsive to the situation I needed to address and resolve. Although there was a wait time of less than 10 minutes, it was definitely worth it in receiving valuable information to ultimately assist me in finding justice after my incident. Kudos to this organization!

I am so happy to say that the help I received from William was beyond my expectations. I honestly can't express enough how thankful I am that he was able to process my information and answer all of my questions with such care and ease. He made sure I understood each step I needed to make and he provided details for me to follow that eased my anxiety. It's so wonderful to know there are still people like William who care enough to provide such service to those of us who need it desperately.
