Mr. Nisar was extremely kind, professional, patient and helpful. I spoke to many lawyers before Mr. Nisar, however they were all more focused on whether they could take my case to litigation, as opposed to Mr. Nisar who so kindly recognized that I require a different kind of help and was able to help me achieve my goal in resolving my legal struggle. Mr. Nisar's patience and willingness to answer all of my questions in order to help me to understand how to best navigate my situation, made my experience in working with him very comfortable in what was already a very stressful situation for me. I feel that this quality is something that is rare when dealing with individuals' in his field and is worth commending him for.

I want to thank Attorney Nisar and recommend his legal services to anyone facing an issue of discrimination at work. Throughout my work with Attorney Nisar, I felt heard, respected, and assured that I was receiving competent legal advice from a highly-skilled attorney. I retained the Nisar Law Group to represent me in my employment matter after consulting with Attorney Nisar and several other attorneys. Prior to working with attorney Nisar, I was receiving inadequate advice from my prior counsel on the merits of my case. During our consultation, attorney Nisar identified the strengths and potential weaknesses of my case and when we started working together, gave me a very realistic understanding of what kind of settlement and outcome were possible for my case, and what other options and strategies can be utilized to attain my goals. Attorney Nisar was competent and courteous throughout my engagement with his firm, and upheld full transparency about my case and communication with the opposing party, an issue I had with prior counsel. I reached out to the Nisar Law Group because I had been utilizing Attorney Nisar’s educational videos to speak up for myself and document my complaints in a legally-protected manner. Without Mr. Nisar’s public education videos, I would not have been able to create the paper trail that is at the core of my case. I began documenting my complaints using recommendations from his educational videos, 10 months before I began working with him. What most impressed me about Attorney Nisar is not only his professionalism, work ethic, integrity, fair and transparent fee policies, and professional staff. Those are critical attributes. Yet, what most impressed me about working with him was his approach to practicing law as a human first and foremost, and seeing the human behind the case and recognizing the impact of the horrific workplace experience on them. Throughout my engagement with his firm, Mr. Nisar promptly and fully addressed any questions over email, made himself available for appointments, respected my autonomy as a client in how I wanted to pursue my case, while also being honest and realistic about the prospects of the case. I was going through significant stress and anxiety due to my fear of imminent termination, and Mr. Nisar’s empathy and understanding of how this impacts clients is just as critical as his deep expertise.

I am not sure I can even put into words how Nisar Law Group not only gave me my life back or how Mr. Nisar and Catherine's expertise, compassion and responsiveness turned one of the most stressful, hurtful and dark times in my life into the best days of my life at the end. I'll start by saying I called over 54 employment lawyers who all had the same cold, unemphatic person answering the phone to the same cold lawyer who would want my case until they heard who my employer was! From the minute I called Nisar Law Group I received nothing but professional, effective, and empathetic treatment. Mr. Nisar himself was honest with me and he set the right expectation, explaining my case would be a challenge, he then went ahead and exceeded all and any expectations and we officially wrapped it up in December (I'm being vague but I could not be happier with the ending) The difference between Nisar Law Group and the other 54 law groups I called is simple - Mr. Nisar genuinely believes everyone deserves to work in a safe environment, free of harm from discrimination, harassment etc.. he knows employment law, unlike the other 54 law firms I called. He is confident yet kind and NOT SCARED! He was my voice when I could not speak. Mr. Nisar understands how to take true facts and strategically with nothing but integrity and honesty build a strong case. His staff is outstanding, the entire staff. I was lucky enough to have his incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive Office Manager/Paralegal Catherine on my team and she too fought tirelessly for me - until the end including working with me and FedEx on New Year's Eve and I will never forget how they made me feel like a human again and my voice heard after what I had been put through.
