Mrs. Mary Cornwall has answered the phone on several occasions when we have called, and she has always been so kind, knowledgeable, patient, humble and sweet. Today, I had to expectantly come to the area, and realized that the office was so close. Mrs. Mary went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us complete and submit our necessary documents. She is a God-send and blessing! Thank you, Mrs. Mary… if every government employee was like you, business would be a delight every day! Please give her a raise because she deserves it! 🥰
Very corteus and professional people. Today 8/28/23. I have appointment for 8am.check in and 29 minutes all good with my decals for my truck.I do recommend come with appointment. 😊
Drove an hour and a half to get fuel decals and when I got there there was a sign saying appointments only. There was another sign with a phone number to make appointments, a box of applications and a drop box as well as several people waiting. I called the number and was put on hold. A man came to the door to see if anyone had an appointment. No one did. He said we should have applied for the decals 2 months ago. He said appointments were running 2-3 weeks out and submitting the application online could take even longer. I told him we never got the notice and he said they sent out a mass email in September. They never actually mailed anything, just email! All through this I was still on hold on my phone. I spoke with other people in line, no one else had gotten the notice either. When I got through on the phone I feel lucky to have gotten an appointment within the next 7 days. So I got to drive an hour and a half back and next week I get to do it again. It was a ridiculously bad experience from a place that would normally deserve 3 1/2 stars (4 stars for getting the job done and 3 because everyone is always cranky). They need to hire more people.
Was in and out fast. Ms Peterson helped me fill out all the forms correctly and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction
