I live in Miami Oklahoma in a HUD senior apartment and the elevators are horrible one hasn't worked since I moved here in AUGUST!!The other is totally mechanically shot and I was told by Neil Peterson the chief Oklahoma elevator inspector he gave them two months to repair or replace the elevators - so why does the inspection sticker say May 26 which is 3 months!!! Please we need the elevators replaced now!!! Someone is going to get hurt or killed of something isn't done soon!!
Peggy was so sweet and professional, she gave me all info I needed and help me with my renewal
Very unprofessional & rude. Receptionist did not welcome my daughter as she approached the window. Rather in stern voice, stay behind the yellow line. Keep in mind, we all have our mask on as we approach the shielded receptionist. Then in same manner, tells us only 1 person allowed in lobby. Very unprofessional and rude.
Update your hours on Google please. I drove all the way from Dallas to find out you guys close at noon on Thursdays. Your hours on Google say you close at 5:00.
I dislike having to come here, you'll be lucky if someone answers the phone calls, and they need people there that can work with you and are willing to help out, if you know someone you will not struggle to get what you need, otherwise be ready for it to almost be impossible to do whatever it is you need.
