I trusted this business to help me with the IRS, remove liens & reduce my penalties & interest. For 10 months I paid her fee and heard she would remove the liens, I was PROMISED the liens would be removed. Then surprisingly after her fee was paid in full, (at 10 months) I was told the IRS would not remove the liens. I assisted the help of the Better Business Bureau for help in getting my money back or a refund. They just informed me that after 2 letters, ONPOINT RESOLUTION LLC did not respond to either! Now, I am told to go to the New Jersey small claims court & file a claim there. Consumer - BEWARE.

We were recommended to work with OnPoint Resolution to assist with some IRS notices we received. I wish I found this company to assist sooner because I’ve gotten many for a few family members but never knew what to do. OnPoint Resolution was affordable and worked with us, professionally. If you are like me, you are receiving intimidating and scary official letters form the IRS saying all kinds of things that could turn your life upside down! And, you are also receiving all kinds of letters and calls from people that say they are the experts that can help you reduce your tax burden to zero or close to zero. It's hard to know where the truth is and whom you can trust. I found Fanta with OnPoint Resolution LLC going through a few "tax experts" that led me in the wrong direction and cost me a lot of money! I feel it was divine intervention, and can most humbly and honestly say, Fanta is the person/company you need to help you out of whatever IRS mess you find yourself in. She listens, cares, is truly an expert in her field. She takes the time to explain all of the options and most importantly walks you through the reality of the situation you are actually in, including what the IRS can and cannot do. She will help with a path to less stress and ultimately a resolution for your issue. Excellent Service. Removed liens, possible garnishments and successfully put our companies in payment plans. Worth every penny. Dealing with a RO is challenging, but this tax advising company has the patience, knowledge and determination to get the job done. I highly recommend!
