I highly recommend Attorney Caroline Ostrom and her office. Very professional, thorough, responsive, kind, & compassionate. My case was a bit complex (dependent visa to USC marriage) and she kept us at ease during the entire LPR process and answered all our questions. Where she stood out for us is she went above and beyond for us. Her office reached out to us after the in person interview was scheduled, something we did not expect. A couple weeks before the interview day, she did a mock interview with me and my spouse and helped us prepare. On the day of the interview, she accompanied us at the FO and explained us what to expect. She stayed with us throughout the interview appointment. She joined us for the interview in the officer’s cabin. I cannot recommend Caroline and her office more highly. My spouse and I worked with her for both my green card application and my US Citizenship application (both successful!). From our first meeting with Caroline, we knew she was going to be able to help us. She answered all of our many questions and explained our options and next steps in clear, calm, and understandable terms. Throughout the (very complex and often changing) immigration application processes, Caroline and her office were diligent and responsive in helping us get all of our documentation together and helping us file our application. She also kept us updated on all the rapid-fire changes coming through the immigration system, made sure we understood how they could impact our case, and helped us make decisions about how to respond. I cannot recommend Caroline highly enough; immigration processes are incredibly complicated and stressful, and knowing that someone like Caroline is handling your case is beyond reassuring. My spouse and I have greatly enjoyed working with her, and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent immigration lawyer.

Highly Recommend! Caroline and her team were very efficient and helpful in every step of the process. They go throughly in depth with USCIS requirements and any concerns that may arise for each specific case. The MyCase system allowed me and my spouse to reach the team whenever we had any questions. I couldn't be more satisfied with Caroline and her team! They handled my application for the adjustment of status part of my emploment-based Green Card. They were very quick and thorough in putting my application together, and they were very responsive to all my inquiries.
