Charged us about 2,000 to have our case closed. Everything was going great and then some fingerprints needed to be done. as a immigrant you don't have a u.s passport so when you go to the post office to get it done some don't accept foreign ones. went all over the place trying to get them done but no place accepted foreign passports, but yet she said that they did. Long story short she never tried to find an alternative nor try to resolve the situation. So not only is the case is still opened, but that's 2,000 down the drain..😬😬 Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Initially, they promise you everything, but it's all lies. They're slow to work on cases, have terrible communication, and no empathy for people's needs. It was a terrible experience.
