​I wouldn't recommend this firm if you're looking for a lawyer who actually values your time. I reached out for help, but instead of a professional phone call to hear me out, I was dismissed with a cold email stating she has "too many cases" to take mine. If she is already too busy to provide a basic consultation, she clearly won't have the time to give your case the attention it deserves. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else where the staff actually bothers to pick up the phone there are plenty of other attorneys who aren't too "overwhelmed" to show potential clients basic respect. That's what I get for going to a millennial lawyer. Response: Whether I use my legal name or Jane on a public forum doesn't change the fact that I reached out and was rejected via a generic email. ​I appreciate the response, but the lack of a personal touch is exactly why I found the experience dismissive. Transparency is helpful, yet a simple five-minute consultation would have shown the "basic respect" and professionalism I was looking for in legal counsel. I stand by my review that this communication style may not suit those looking for an attorney who values individual connection from the start. ​Dismissing a potential case via email without even a brief conversation remains a disappointing and "cold" introduction to your firm. If you truly prioritize undivided attention, that courtesy should extend to the initial intake process to avoid wasting a person's time with a generic notification. It leaves clients feeling like a number rather than a person seeking help. I hope this feedback encourages a more personal approach for others in the future. Thank you. Have a nice day.
