Mike Perna & Beatriz have been absolutely phenomenal. I have needed help with my family estate after they passed & living out of state made it hard. These two went above & beyond. I felt comfortable leaving things in their hands & everything that needed to be done was taken care of. Excellent communication, professionalism, respect, kindness, & understanding. I would, hands down, recommend Perna & Abracht to anyone who needs estate help.

I can’t say enough positive things about the representation that I received, over a 3 year period, from Perna & Abracht, LLC. Jennifer is incredibly knowledgeable and very capable. She handled the first phase of my support case. Jennifer listened, gave her expert analysis, and thoroughly answered every one of my questions. She was very clear in her explanations regarding the complexities of my particular situation. And, when it came to the inevitable “battles” between “us and them”, I can say that she takes no prisoners. Professional, confident, and a brilliant attorney. Ryan is a magician. Ryan handled the majority of my case, which was probably one of the more extreme journeys. We had many situations that might be considered “roadblocks”, yet he leaped over every one without hesitation, and with total mastery. He owns the courtrooms that he enters, and does it through his thoughtful delivery and very intense preparation. I was relatively new to the area, and I didn’t have a referral as I was shopping for representation. Choosing this firm happened to be one of the luckiest decisions I’d ever made. I’m so grateful to have crossed paths with Jennifer, Ryan, Becky, and Maggie, as they all provided such wonderful and courteous service through a not so great ordeal. Outstanding attorney group and would highly recommend. Ryan especially is a master of his craft and watching him handle everything was like watching a Michelin star chef perfectly executing a dish or a concert musician mastering a solo. His attention to detail and ability to talk and walk you through the proceedings are helpful, refreshing, and reassuring. I felt like I was in good hands every step of the way. 10/10!

Ryan Borchik helped me terminate a contract after I realized the scope of work to be done at my home was excessive. I met Jennifer Abracht at the courthouse in Chester County after i went through a list of lawyer online with no success. Having an experienced attorney like Jennifer Abracht on your side is a good sign that you are walking into the courtroom with a good chance. She is definitively the best lawyer in Kennett Square and in Chester County PA. I'm grateful for her understanding and cooperation in my case.
