Mike Perna & Beatriz have been absolutely phenomenal. I have needed help with my family estate after they passed & living out of state made it hard. These two went above & beyond. I felt comfortable leaving things in their hands & everything that needed to be done was taken care of. Excellent communication, professionalism, respect, kindness, & understanding. I would, hands down, recommend Perna & Abracht to anyone who needs estate help.

I can’t say enough positive things about the representation that I received, over a 3 year period, from Perna & Abracht, LLC. Jennifer is incredibly knowledgeable and very capable. She handled the first phase of my support case. Jennifer listened, gave her expert analysis, and thoroughly answered every one of my questions. She was very clear in her explanations regarding the complexities of my particular situation. And, when it came to the inevitable “battles” between “us and them”, I can say that she takes no prisoners. Professional, confident, and a brilliant attorney. Ryan is a magician. Ryan handled the majority of my case, which was probably one of the more extreme journeys. We had many situations that might be considered “roadblocks”, yet he leaped over every one without hesitation, and with total mastery. He owns the courtrooms that he enters, and does it through his thoughtful delivery and very intense preparation. I was relatively new to the area, and I didn’t have a referral as I was shopping for representation. Choosing this firm happened to be one of the luckiest decisions I’d ever made. I’m so grateful to have crossed paths with Jennifer, Ryan, Becky, and Maggie, as they all provided such wonderful and courteous service through a not so great ordeal. Outstanding attorney group and would highly recommend. Ryan especially is a master of his craft and watching him handle everything was like watching a Michelin star chef perfectly executing a dish or a concert musician mastering a solo. His attention to detail and ability to talk and walk you through the proceedings are helpful, refreshing, and reassuring. I felt like I was in good hands every step of the way. 10/10!

Ryan Borchik helped me terminate a contract after I realized the scope of work to be done at my home was excessive. He knew exactly how to handle my situation and prepared me for several potential outcomes. I met Jennifer Abracht, through a running group, maybe 15 or more years ago. I mediately felt comfortable with the way she conducted herself as well as the breadth of her knowledge in the varied areas where I needed advice. Over the years I have had the opportunity to utilize the services of the firm for will preparation, power of attorney designation, residential issues and evaluation of a proposed property easement on my previous home site. On the rare occasion when the firm was not in a position to best advise me, she was able to provide a list of names of colleagues that she recommended. I trust her implicitly and I’m grateful to have a firm I can readily turn to as the need arises.
