Unfortunately, I've been through divorce attorneys more than I wanted to. However, thanks to Mr. Louden, I am done with all that. His communication is better than any attorney I have had. Not only that. He listens. He doesn't interrupt when I was talking. He gave me multiple options and outcomes for me to make the best decisions I could. Mr. Louden helped me get primary custody of my daughter. Before I was using another law firm and they caused me to lose my daughter 2 nights of the week. But Mr. Louden stepped in and did what was best for my daughter and I was able to walk away with keeping my daughter every night again. I owe Pete Louden everything.

Pete was litterally a godsend for me. I have had 3 lawyers prior to him with terrible communication and not willing to work on the case for my kids. Pete stayed in constant communication always up to date and stayed on top of the case so we showed up prepared constantly. Very professional also knows what he is doing and helps guide you to know what is most important. Truly very knowledgeable and hard working I will for sure be using only Pete for future custody issues as we all know in his line of work repeat customers are almost guaranteed. All the years and effort were worth it when we got the final result and my girls were taken care of.

I have had several lawyers throughout my stages in life and Mr. Louden is by far the most compassionate, the best listener and has quick response time. He is knowledgeable in his field and knows military/veteran legal requirements as well. I will always refer anyone to him! The communication whether over the phone or in writing has always been clear and concise. He breaks it down into options for a better understanding. Pete took on my case last minute with less than 48 hours’ notice of pending litigation and hearings. He moved swiftly to assure he was knowledgeable and aware of the circumstances regarding my case for custody and paternity. I had previously had a large law firm handling my case for over 6 months and spent tens of thousands of dollars with them with no results, not even a hearing. Within in the 24 hours of hiring Pete, I had a hearing and mediation settlement on the table. Pete was upfront and didn’t sugarcoat anything. He told me straight up what to expect, how it would go, and whether I was getting screwed or not and he always kept my best interest in mind. He told me when I should give in and when I shouldn’t. Pete took the time to ensure that all of my questions were answered in a very timely manner. He even assisted me the day before Christmas with an urgent matter in the same case. Pete is fair, knowledgeable, and a straight shooter. After almost 18 months, my case was settled with far more than I ever expected to get.
