Called this law firm in attempt to obtain counsel however the man that answered the phone was extremely rude and seemed more irritated that he had to answer then phone than hearing what i was asking, I spoke for maybe 8 seconds and the only response i got was i have no idea what you are talking about, i then asked is this a family law attorney office as he responded with a long sigh proceeded with YESSSS. I realized at this moment he had no patience or time for a short phone call and there is no way I could trust him with my case.

I used Attorney James Bogatay for a complicated custody case that involved multiple states. He was incredibly helpful, communicating with attorneys and agencies in other states, and negotiating a custody agreement with my ex that saved me a lot of money and headaches. He was very professional, but at the same time, the way he listened to my side of the story made me feel like he was personally vested in helping me get custody of my daughter.
