RESPONSE TO OWNER: So instead of holding yourself and your firm accountable and correcting your wrongs you instead play victim as if no one has the right to call your firm out on negligence with your clients. I didn’t bash you at all, I actually gave a compliment. Other potential clients have the right to see an honest review especially given I’ve been waiting for 2 months. How much longer did you want me to sit and wait on an engagement letter that clearly was never coming? Again she told me this over a month ago. Where is the actual accountability from you? Instead of pretending you are above judgment!!! You could’ve corrected your firms wrongs but you chose haughtiness and arrogance instead— that gets you no where in life but continuing to be lonely. Best of luck to you just the same! ——————————————- In the beginning of April, I contacted them for an employment lawsuit regarding sexual harassment, discrimination and having to leave due to a hostile work environment. After speaking with Girline she told me she believed I had a case and sent over the welcome client packet to fill out. I filled out everything with all documentation and she said she would get back to me. She even told me NOT to file with the EEOC yet because we "may not need it", so I've waited. I understand paralegals can be busy, I respect the time. However, Weeks went by and I heard nothing. I sent an email with an update about my resignation letter, still no reply. After another few weeks I called her and asked her what was going on, she apologized and said she had been busy but my information was sent to the "underwriting team" and she said I should getting a engagement letter for the firm that I need to sign.. this never arrived. I have not heard anything since I last called and was told I'd receive an engagement letter to sign, I've reached out and even checked my spam but nothing has came through. It's unfortunate because I delayed filing with the EEOC based off of her recommendation that the attorney could potentially take the case without their involvement. Pollard seems like a great attorney, I read some of his LinkedIN posts and I loved his passions. I wish he could have represented me in my case. Unfortunately Girline led me to believe I was being accepted when I wasn't. I would have respected receiving a denial letter or even an email saying we wouldn't take the case instead of being led on and delaying the EEOC complaint based off the paralegals advice, whom I trusted. Did not call again because I had already reached out so many times with no response or was told I'd receive something which I never received. Thanks for your time whoever has read this, I will try to continue my search to find an attorney who will fight for me. God bless and best of luck to anyone searching like I am!

There is no better non-compete attorney in FL than Jonathan Pollard. He knows the law inside and out, really believes in what he does, and he is an absolute winner- it shows in court. There's nobody I'd rather have on my side than Jonathan and his team, they work very hard, do excellent work, and actually care about the people they represent. Highly recommended.

Jonathan is more than a good lawyer; he is a master of his craft. I had the pleasure of clerking for, and learning from Jonathan during my time as a law student. In my humble opinion, there is not a better, honest, and more qualified lawyer in Southern Florida that handles disputes concerning non-compete agreements, trade secrets, and business torts. As a top-notch litigator, Jonathan provides exciting and practical ways to adapt to changes in the legal market. While clients have many choices when it comes to choosing a good lawyer, not many will measure up to the diligence and compassion that John provides to each of his clients, not to mention the expertise he brings to the niche area of non-competes, trade secrets, and business torts.

I owe JP and his team for getting me out of noncompete agreement and allowing me to start my own practice. Jon and Chris are great and handled my case with expertise. This firm is not afraid of advocating for their clients and they go out of their way to deliver results. I’ll never forget what they did for me!

I was in desperate need of a non compete lawyer after receiving a cease and desist letter. While researching local attorneys I ran into several videos and blogs from Jonathan that helped me understand the process. They were so informative, I decided to choose him as my attorney. Not only did Jonathan go beyond the call of duty for me personally and for my company, but he also was able to set the pace for our future success, and protect us from future harassment. To me, my family, and my company, He was a life saver.
