100% Satisfied. Very professional interaction and follow up. The results speak for themselves - I faced a $83K IRS penalty for a late filing - Polston took over my case with the IRS - I not only received a full $83K refund but the IRS paid interest on the money they held. This is a scam. We hired them one year ago - $1500 to start, and $500/month. Through the year, the notices kept coming and the threats from the IRS kept escalating. After being told by Polston that we were protected from collection attempts, my bank accounts were levied by the IRS. Zero balance. I called the IRS and they confirmed that other than filing the form to establish Power of Attorney, there was no activity on our account for the past year. Polston did nothing that they claimed to do while drawing $500 from my bank account. Stay as far away from this company as you can.
