I would not refer anyone to Pond Lehocky. They scrambled most of my information because they take all of your information over the phone, and it's based in a foreign country. Their staff barley speak English. It was absolutely painful repeating my information over and over, and they still submitted my case incorrectly. It cost me over a year and was denied disability twice. I finally was given a hearing where I could provide a hearing officer my information. The hearing officer granted my case but I lost years of back payments. They never filed an appeal on my behalf. With years of lost payments they want to take months of my future payments for their poor representation. I strongly advise seeking a competent and smaller law firm. They're too big to care, in my opinion. Update: someone from the firm replied that I should call the toll free number. I did and the person i spoke to stated they don't know how to make it right, or why I'm calling. Like politicians after the election. As I thought, they messed up my case and are done. Look for a law firm that will at least stand with you, for the loads of money they charge.

Shannon was a true angel to me! She was very supportive, informative and was all ears. She showed me professionalism and yet was very down to earth. I can only hope that any future contact from Pond Lehocky is by Shannon or someone that is as great as her. Thanks and I really appreciate everything!

I was very pleased with the outcome of my workers compensation claim settlement. The team handling my case was very professional and informative. They explained everything that was happening and achieved the best outcome. The communication could have been better, but overall everything worked out. I would definitely recommend this firm to everyone I know and if i ever need an attorney again I would use them.

I used them a few years ago and it was quick and to the point. Everyone was so nice!!! I would definitely go to pond lehocky again, I would recommend them big time!!!! I was surprised at how quick everything was over and done with. They really was great!
