Got rear ended and their office decided to take my case. My experience was regrettable. We were able to reach a settlement but their team provided LITTLE TO NO COMMUNICATION. They will perform communicationvia text. Have any additional questions and need to call? Get on the line with someone, they transfer you, go to voicemail. In the beginning, which is about 3 months ago, I made it clear I was not interested going through my insurance as I was not at fault. Through the process anytime I reached out for an update (it was monthly, not even weekly) they would give me a small update they are still working through the process with the at fault insurance company. Just 2 days ago I requested an update after no communication for a month to see if there was an update. They say case is moving forward just fine essentially through a text message. Next day I find out they put a claim in with my insurance company WITHOUT EVEN CONSULTING ME. Funny part is this also includes an additional fee! I begin calling the next morning extremely frustrated and once again voicemail voicemail voicemail. SoI drive to their office to get an answer why this occurred. I should have been able to decide what I wanted to do. Best part is during the conversation I get called a five year old by one of their lawyers when I am obviously extremely upset they did something I did not authorize their office to do. Was I angry? Yes. They made a decision affecting me without consulting me. Does that deserve some name calling? I think not. End of the day they did apologize for the lack of communication and personally handled the case. But honestly, would not recommend this team as it seems their team does not understand the need to consult their customers before deciding to put claims in on their behalf which includes additional fees......
