I recently visited Porta Law Firm to discuss a traffic ticket and paid $150 for an initial consultation. During the meeting, I was informed that their fee to represent me in court would be $1,300, which I decided not to proceed with. While the consultation provided some information, I felt that the fee for representation was higher than I expected, and the initial $150 did not result in any actionable steps for my case.
