I hired Pro Law Group (Donn W. Prokopius) for a Las Vegas divorce / family law matter for over two years. I was told it was a $3,500 flat fee, yet additional attorney’s fees were pursued/collected from my ex. The biggest issue is billing transparency: I never received itemized invoices during the representation. When I requested my complete client file, the Dropbox production contained only one billing sheet for a two-year period, and it was undated with no proof it was ever sent. I also found proposed orders/filings that appeared to route support or case proceeds to counsel rather than to me. I asked Pro Law Group for a full accounting and a reasonable resolution—instead I’ve received no response and I’m being forced to pursue formal remedies.

I worked with this Las Vegas family law attorney for nearly two years and rehired him to enforce my divorce judgment, but the experience was awful. He was unresponsive, indifferent, disorganized, and failed to take basic steps to help me collect what the Eighth Judicial District Court had already ordered. Instead of filing for a writ of execution or abstract of judgment, he went back to the same judge who issued the decree, wasting time and driving up my costs. I was even billed before any new agreement was signed. His communication was dismissive and unprofessional — several meetings left me in tears. It often felt like he was siding with my ex-husband instead of representing me. If you’re looking for a Las Vegas divorce lawyer or judgment enforcement attorney who is ethical, responsive, and actually fights for you, this is not the person to hire.

Donn, Cami, and his Team were very fair and straight forward. They didn't give me the run around, or try too hike up prices, or nickel and dime you. My ex wasted a ton of money on bad lawyers that tried to over charge her and run up a bill. She ended up letting her attorney's go, and letting Donn file our divorce. It was a quick and easy process with Donn. Initially, I as really worried and freaking out. Just remember, they handle these things daily and have been doing it for years. Things that seem scary or urgent to us as clients, are routine to them. Once I realized that, I was able to relax and allow them to work the process. Today, I am a happy FREE man! :) Thank you Donn!
