Cannot recommend Procino-Wells & Woodland highly enough and have passed my experience on to friends. The team makes the daunting task of completing an Estate Plan both comprehensive and simple. Amber is exceptional at discussing aspects of the plan that may be difficult to consider with compassion and understanding. I feel as though I was well taken care of after my first experience and several years later opted to enroll in the CARES plan after a second seamless process.

I was very pleased with the care and attention to detail the company had when creating my trust. The staff were kind and considerate and a pleasure to work with. I have no hesitancy in recommending them for all legal work. Thank you for a great job.

The way business was done was very odd. I have had multiple lawyers over the years for a variety of things and I have never experienced this. They removed my initial appointment from their calendar because I did not fill out a form they sent me via email by the “due date” which was weeks before my scheduled initial consultation. In addition, my appointment was removed not even 2 business days past the forms “due date.” As mother of three children with two children being under two and a business owner, sometimes I am not readily available to fill out forms, especially multiple weeks before an initial appointment. I also think that if having the form was that urgent, they should have at least made multiple attempts to contact me to see if there was a reason that the form wasn’t already filled out - as opposed to just sending me an email stating that my appointment had been canceled. Sometimes life happens - and I think having a little bit of sympathy may have been a better approach. There have been some family matters that have needed my attention within the past few weeks so a form filled out and provided to them weeks before an initial consultation was not at the top of my list of things that needed to be done. I just wanted to take the time to leave a review, because the way that they handled this matter was extremely distasteful. Hopefully, in the future, they all will consider making some changes so the next potential client doesn’t have such a negative experience. I also think it’s rather odd that they have so many great reviews - yet most reviews are being made by individuals that have only ever left one or two reviews on their account. Hopefully the next potential client will have a more positive experience.

Michelle Procino-Wells and her staff were very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and helpful. Their support throughout the process of my estate planning was impeccable. I look forward to a continuing relationship and would highly recommend their services!

My wife and I just completed Estate Planning with PWW Law and it went exceptionally smooth. The process was clearly explained and laid out, and very efficient. Moreover, it was friendly, welcoming, and every question we had along the way was addressed clearly. We have confidence in the result and will enjoy this relationship going forward.
