I had issues with one of the big companies doing my taxes. Everything was a mess, and nothing can be found. Joe was very helpful and patient. The service he provided was worth every penny and more. In previous years, my husband and I have done our own taxes as well as those of my parents, but this time we had some complications - I moved from Pennsylvania to Florida in July, my husband didn’t move until December, he was working in Virginia, first from Pennsylvania, then from Florida, stocks were bought and sold, my father passed away, and a farm was sold - So we definitely needed professional help this time! I did some research and found Joe at Professional Tax Services of Central Florida in Ocala. He was willing to take on this challenge and boy oh boy was he the right man for the job! He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and happy to answer questions. We appreciated that he took the time to explain everything in a way that we could understand. He also took the time to research anything he wasn’t sure about and he even reached out to our local tax authority in Pennsylvania when necessary. His prices seemed very fair for all that he did for us, too. We feel so lucky to have found him and would absolutely use his services again. Thank you Joe!
