Submitted my forms in December and never heard anything from them. Called them and they would never answer my call. Left voice mails and also wouldn't answer. I didn't look for another company since I had already submitted the forms and didn't want any complications. Wish I would have saved my time and gone with a different company. My taxes doubled and now I have to file with someone else to help. Please save your time and look somewhere else!!!

We were paying the equivalent of a second mortgage in property taxes every year. The increases in 2016 were terrifying since neither I or my husband have gotten raises that cover the nearly 36% increase in our tax bill. Not sure why we never appealed before but when we got their brochure saying we might be over-assessed we couldn't get started fast enough. It took maybe 10 minutes to sign up. 5 1/2 months later we got a notification saying won. We're obviously extremely happy with the end result.

Very poor communication. In the fall, I contacted them 8 times (call and email) over a two week span. This spring I've called and emailed and filled out the 'contact us' form over 20 times in a three week span.

scam - scam 6 year later they send me an invoice asking me to pay. $3000, property tax goes up $800 every year after I sign, I contract with them. Stay away scam.

This company are scam artists. They falsely forge my name on a contract to do services related to appeal of property tax that I did not agree to. Please run away from this company because they are desperate of money and will do anything to get it. Even it they have to forge your name.
