The webinar on Wills and Trusts was a well organized summary of what a Will and Trust each involve and why everyone needs to take care of getting this process done to avoid Probate, for the sake of their heirs and loved ones. Common mistakes were explained as well as when the expertise of a lawyer is needed vs a DIY Will from the internet. I am glad I took the time to watch this short webinar and will follow through on the information given.
