PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS , I am so disappointed this law firm sold me lies and promised things without fully looking at my case details, I had the same experience with that lady Mariela , she was driving on my first call , I should of trusted my instincts. over 2 years of having my money and I never spoke to attorney , the only person that’s responsive is Oswaldo , I didn’t feel like they cared at all , they hounded me all the time to pay my balance and now when I I asked for a refund of my 6,100$ it takes them 30 + days , be professional and just refund my money my next step is to go to North Carolina bar association. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE very unprofessional poor communication and you will do all the work. I am happy I started recording all conversations and emails . In this type of field your attorney or firm should be more responsive and caring, this is people livelihood on the line , everybody works hard for their money and don’t deserve this treatment truly heartbreaking. I don’t write reviews but this is how much they have affected my life, I pray and hope no one else has to go through this, BECAUSE OF THIS I HAVE BEEN ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL MANY TIMES FOR HEALTH ISSUES , it has taken a toll on me mentally and physically I hope they just do the right thing. PLEASE BE CAREFUL
