My uncle is currently one of your clients and he is in detention. In your office I have spoken to Cristal, Gabby and left two voicemails none returned. I was able to contact someone internally and finally got a call back only to be told there was no office manager available to speak with because they were all in a meeting. I was told a Jorge would be calling me back, nothing. My aunt was told someone would be reaching out to me since Monday, yesterday I still hadn’t heard anything so I called and was told they couldn’t speak with me because I wasn’t on the case so I three way called my aunt put her on the phone and was told someone would call me today. Until now no response. I don’t think you ever get to speak with the actual attorney and every time you call either you leave a voicemail or speak to someone different. Horrible customer service. Seems like this office can’t handle their current caseload yet are everywhere advertising to get more clients. Please focus on the ones that have already paid you.
