My initial consultation was a 30-minute Zoom meeting with Nate Thompson, and he immediately put my nerves at ease. Nate asked thoughtful, clarifying questions and truly took the time to listen to my responses, which made me feel valued both as a person and as a potential client. He was also transparent and thorough when explaining the fees involved, should I choose to move forward. Nate went a step further by offering several outside options for me to consider, allowing me the space to thoughtfully weigh my decision before committing to any services with Robinson & Henry, P.C. Shortly after the consultation, I felt confident in my decision to move forward. I have signed the initial paperwork and will submit my payment and continue making payments until my fees are paid in full. Once that is complete, we will begin the next steps in the process. I was scheduled with an initial consultation with Todd quickly (next business day), per my request. The promptness was appreciated as this is a time sensitive matter. Todd was friendly, warm and knowledgeable - allowing time and space for me to ask questions and seek clarity. While my matter did not deliver the new I wanted to hear, Todd was able to provide reassurance with a clear pathway forward and a transparent view of the possible outcomes. Ms. Rachel Bentley is a top-notch attorney—smart, responsive, and always provided invaluable advice. I’ve had attorneys in the past, and she is by far the most intelligent and the one who truly cared. She helped me through a very difficult time involving my daughter. I reached out to R&H following ChatGPT recommendation for my case as the first suggested option. What stood out vs the other 6 firms I reached out to is that it’s the only firm that allowed me to schedule a dedicated time for an interdiction/discovery call and I didn’t need to just give me details and wait for them to reach out. We had a call at the scheduled time which was very informative, the lawyer was very kind, asked questions spot on and understood the case very clearly. Gave me the confidence they can handle my case effectively. He also appreciated the face forward pricing explanation. While I don’t get to work with them yet, just based on that interaction I’m giving a 5 star review
