I reached out to this firm to help me with one outstanding issue while settling my father's estate. Getting in touch with someone and getting scheduled for a consultation was quick and easy. Liz German advised me on what I needed to do to resolve my problem on my own during the consultation, free of charge. While she would have been happy to handle it for me, she was honest about the associated costs and why involving the firm wouldn't really be necessary. I'm floored by the exceptional honesty and willingness to provide uncompensated help... some firms would have just taken the job and collected the fee without bothering to let me know that I could have done it myself. I'm very pleased and definitely would go to Robinson and Henry again for any future legal needs.

-⭐☆☆☆☆ (if I could give negative stars, I would!) I strongly regret hiring Robinson & Henry!! Despite multiple requests, the attorneys and the customer service manager have refused to return my complete case file, which is my property and legally required to be provided. I made repeated good-faith attempts to resolve this, but I was met with delays, evasions, and misinformation. Without my file, my new counsel cannot properly move forward, and this unnecessary obstruction has only added stress and wasted time. A law firm should act in the best interests of its clients, but my experience has been the opposite. If you are considering this firm, I encourage you to look closely at how they treat clients after payment is made. My experience has been deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend them.

After our conversation, I felt calm, hopeful, and confident that I was in capable hands. In addition, his legal team is top-notch—always just a phone call or email away. I was very happy with my consultation with Jon Topolewski!! My husband was part of our Zoom meeting and was also very pleased. Jon made me feel very much at ease; great personality and kept our conversation running smoothly. I felt like we accomplished a lot in 30 minutes; and he answered all of our questions. As well as explaining everything from his end. I really hope I get the chance to work with him!
