I had a consultation with Sidney Billings due to some landlord issues I've been having with Allen Realty in Manitou Springs. She was very insightful and explained my rights as a tennant. She was compassionate and empathetic to my situation. She took the time to let me voice my concerns and my experience as well as educate me in the current laws in moving forward in protecting my family. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is having issues with their living situations.

My company needs an attorney to represent us in a landlord tenant issue. I was referred to this firm by the condo complex our unit is in. I had a consultation with Megan Adams. I was "wowed" by Megan's thorough walkthrough of the process, knowledge of the law, friendliness, ability to answer all of my questions and get the process started quickly. I strongly do NOT recommend this law firm. Our experience has been extremely frustrating, disorganized, and financially draining. In less than a year, my boyfriend has already had TWO different attorneys assigned to his case because they left the firm. Each time, we were forced to pay additional money just for a new attorney to “get caught up.” Clients should not be financially penalized for a firm’s inability to retain staff. Despite making consistent payments in good faith, the firm immediately drained his retainer—charging $5,000 for a single motion. That cost is excessive on its own, but even worse considering there has been virtually no progress in the case. We haven’t even reached a court date yet, and we’ve already paid close to $20,000. At this point, it feels like we are paying for chaos, turnover, and inefficiency rather than actual legal progress. There has been little transparency, poor continuity in representation, and a complete lack of accountability. Due to these concerns, we will be filing a formal complaint with the state bar. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This experience has been unacceptable.
