My initial consultation was a 30-minute Zoom meeting with Nate Thompson, and he immediately put my nerves at ease. Nate asked thoughtful, clarifying questions and truly took the time to listen to my responses, which made me feel valued both as a person and as a potential client. He was also transparent and thorough when explaining the fees involved, should I choose to move forward. Nate went a step further by offering several outside options for me to consider, allowing me the space to thoughtfully weigh my decision before committing to any services with Robinson & Henry, P.C. Shortly after the consultation, I felt confident in my decision to move forward. I have signed the initial paperwork and will submit my payment and continue making payments until my fees are paid in full. Once that is complete, we will begin the next steps in the process. Don't hesitate to reach out to this firm. Alex and Keith were my assigned partner and attorney. They may not be your but it won't matter. This firm is looking out for you and has your back. They will be there for you full service. Highly recommend!! If you have an inclination do I need an attorney type questions, the answer is yes it is time and get advice early to guide you through everything with professional care and top tier consideration! From the beginning the process to consult with an attorney was smooth. It was particularly helpful being able to participate via Zoom. The Zoom experience was very well managed with a dispatcher immediately responding when I called in who transferred me directly to the Attorney. The Attorney's approach was very professional and his advice was well balanced considering we were only able to go over the outer edges of my concerns without the supporting evidence in front of him. In the end, I was confident in retaining their services so they could consider the full scope of my complaint.

I was scheduled with an initial consultation with Todd quickly (next business day), per my request. The promptness was appreciated as this is a time sensitive matter. Todd was friendly, warm and knowledgeable - allowing time and space for me to ask questions and seek clarity.
