Let me tell you about my experience with this organization. My mom fell and injured herself shortly after knee surgery back in 2019 due to negligence on the part of Living Center East, and subsequently was wheel chair bound with no hope of being able to walk again. I called soon after to hopefully have a meeting with someone at RSH to see if there was any legal basis to sue them. I never did speak with a lawyer in person or on the phone and only received a voicemail stating there wasn't much legal ground to sue without more evidence of neglect. Fine... Ever since however, I would receive Happy Birthday postcards to my address for my mom, which I had no problem with. My mom ended up passing away in 2023 and since then I've continued to receive these mailings wishing my mom a happy birthday. I've called and requested each of the last two years to stop sending these as my mom has passed, yet now on the 3rd year I receive another. Since calling and requesting to remove her from their mailing list has not been effective, I thought perhaps the better way to share my experience with RSH is to leave a Google review. Perhaps it might get through, but I'm not holding out hope. Anyway, based on my experience I would say steer clear of this outfit. Nothing but disappointment from the start.

Hello! I am writing to make an excellent and outstanding review for RHS Legal. As I'm not getting into why I was with them, my case was very long and a bit of a process to go through. I was very impressed! At the beginning I was very scared, worried etc about everything going on.. him and Jenna both helped me overcome that and made the whole process easier than what I thought it would be! I would 100% recommend Sam! He is an excellent attorney! And his assistant is wonderful as well! They both are very respectful, will answer any questions you may have, and most importantly... They listen and understand you as a person and whatever the case may be your going through! I've not only learned a lot from Sam, but also got taught from him as well! I had a excellent experience with them and would 100% recommend Sam over and over again! My case is done, but I still thank him to this day for all his support and how helpful he was too me! Even if he just had to sit and listen. Thank you once again Sam!! And you as well Jenna! 😀

I was referred to RSH legal, spoke with them on December 9th, and had to call them back after not hearing any response from them for over 3 weeks, about a skilled nursing home facility that their neglect and lack of sufficient care, took my mom's quality of life away from her. I was pretty much told, in a rather condescending way by one of their attorneys, that they wouldn't take her case because they wouldn't make them or us any money. Per their criteria on their website for nursing home neglect/injury, my mom's situation met 90% of that criteria. I just want justice for my elderly mother, and this facility should be held accountable for what they have done to my mother and the others that couldn't find good representation. I will not refer anyone to this company. This world has just become all about greed. No one wants to put the efforts in unless they're getting something substantial out of it.
