We interviewed three firms before selecting who we use to assist us in developing a strategy to deal with a multi-state sales tax issue. Jerry and Alex at Sales Tax Helper were just what we needed, from deciding on a strategy to implementation they walked us through it step by step. We successfully filed and completed VDAs in several states. Alex was our interface to the states and lead us through the process. He helped me keep track of where we were in each state and guided me as I filled out all the forms. The process was still not easy, but with Alex's help it went very smoothly and we got it done! Now I can sleep well at night knowing we are compliant and not at risk.

When we received our sales tax audit notice from CA we were initially going to handle it ourselves but felt pretty overwhelmed by the huge list of items they wanted us to provide in order to complete their work. After some Google searches and reading through a few providers that offer assistance with these matters, I decided on SalesTaxHelper. The initial call with Jerry and Alex was quick and easy, I immediately felt like we had made the right decision and have not looked back since. I can't say enough about Jerry and STH. We were in a bit of a panic re reaching nexus levels and dealing with reseller tax certificates in multiple states. The topic was costing us business and I had spent hours trying to understand the requirements for each state - which could be very different. We needed a better understanding of the nuances that we were facing and help untangling the ball of twine above and beyond what our regular accountant could provide.
