If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ms. Smith does not understand the differences of a 401K, Self Managed IRA or Investments Accounts. She is rude and "shooshed" us many times.. Moreover, math mistakes were made in every document we received, including the final Marital Settlement. And, she refused to fix them. Lastly, the court settlement did not concur with what was discussed prior. We had a terrible experience.

My experience working with Sandra Smith was nothing short of excellent. She was extremely professional, taking the time to explain things clearly and with patience. Sandra was understanding of my situation and was quick with responses to all of my questions and concerns. Her advice was always backed up by sound reasoning and thoughtful law practice. She is a seasoned lawyer, with many years of practice behind her so her knowledge of the law is above and beyond. Sandra is fair, both in how she practices and with regard to her legal fees. Sandra represented me in a divorce matter, and took the time to understand my personal circumstances. She fought for my best interests, anticipating needs I had not even considered. She made the daunting legal process feel much less foriegn. I would highly recommend!

After agreeing to a flat fee... Would only finish her work if she could overcharge. Cost me much more then we agreed. Advised I take my case to court only to arrive so unprepared that the judge laughed at her and mocked her. Then told me my case was always unwinnable after it was tossed. I would never consider using her again.
