Chris and Craig were kind, knowledgeable, and responsive during our entire immigration process, resulting in as quick and hassle free an experience as was possible. Firstly, we want to give a big thanks to Christoper McNally and his team (past and present) at Sayer Regan & Thayer LLP for the success of our Immigration case, and a big shout out to Victoria although she is now retired. Throughout our journey, we have developed a significant amount of trust in Chris. Chris always has strong members on his team throughout our case. At some point during our case, Craig Borden joined the team and he was great with every necessary update, big or small, so thank you, Craig. This success in our case has been a long time coming, through the ups and downs over the years. However, the ups and downs were not surprising to us, due to knowing we were dealing with the USCIS. Christoper McNally is an attorney that we somewhat had a belief in, which was why he was hired in the first place. We in fact knew we had made the best decision hiring him as opposed to the other attorneys we had talked to prior. Prior to hiring Chris to represent us, we knew he had success with many of his past USCIS cases. Had an insurance claim on our boat- a very substantial amount of damage. After months of pestering the insurer, Chris McNally was able to resolve the issue in less than two weeks- with the entire claim being paid, in a very clear, professional manner. Highly recommend!
