I would give 0 if I could Nice can't even get in touch with anybody to make a change to my will Constantly play phone tag with these people. Paralegal leaves voicemail and doesn't mention what letters are capitalized so email gets returned to me. Paralegal talks so low you cannot hear a word she says on her voicemail I am now requesting her to please send an email to me that will have her correct email, exact date & time for me to call her!

Small but mighty! Attorney Deborah Chernick is a great listener, offers sound advice, works quickly and it is hard not to feel that you are anything but family. She helped us update our wills, durable powers of attorney and may be setting up a trust for us.
