I called to try to set up an appointment to discuss an estate plan and the legal assistant who answered the phone was really rude and unhelpful. She was also unwilling to ask an attorney if she was giving the correct information out as she was really confused about being able to set up a trust in Wyoming while not being a resident of the state. She told me I can take my business elsewhere. So I will! If this is what I would have to look forward to as a paying client...no thank you! Buyer beware. Not sure if she is having a bad day but when spending 10s of thousands of dollars...I expect better.
