If you need a lawyer for a traffic violation - LOOK ELSEWHERE!! You will essentially be legally robbed here. I was assigned Gwen - who was nice… when she could be reached. I kept being sent to her answering machine by the front desk, her paralegal ignored emails, I was told I would get calls back and didn’t, the few times I did get calls back I always got “which case is yours again?”, and again, the few times I did get a hold of her, the general demeanor was “take the plea so I don’t need to do my job”. It was a ticket for 2 points. I felt like she spent a longer time building a case against me so they didn’t need to do their job, than they did building a case to actually do their job. IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY, DO NOT USE!! Per their response: it was a 2 point ticket, not a serious offense. It wasn’t the fact of not winning (it’s just 2 points…) it’s that my lawyer could hardly even be reached or even remember my case in general…
