Chris steufert rushes you off the phone and has a know it all attitude. I didn't feel he was working WITH me, he leans toward his personal beliefs. I will never contact him again as I dislike his tense demenior.

I worked with Cathy for a situation that was lengthy because of Covid . She was so helpful and really took the time to explain things . I cannot recommend her enough ! So helpful and honest .

Saying I highly recommend this law firm is a serious understatement. I hired Attorney Baumann (Cathy) back in 2021 to represent me in a guardianship case. Upon first meeting Cathy during our consultation, I felt comfortable talking to her, I could feel that she truly cared, and wanted to help. I think it’s important that you have a connection with whoever you decide to hire. I can say without a doubt that I had an immediate connection with her. I later retained her for a custody battle, as well as a criminal matter - both of these matters ending with extremely positive results. She is great with communication, and even got back to me during non business hours on multiple occasions. She doesn’t tell you what you want to hear, or make promises she can’t keep. She’s honest, caring, experienced, and extremely intelligent. I am a survivor of domestic violence and needed a lot of reassurance throughout the entire custody battle. I would not of been able to handle the court hearings without her. We just wrapped up our custody battle, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Cathy, I seriously appreciate everything you’ve done, and all the battles you’ve fought for me and the girls. I wouldn’t of obtained this without you! 10 out of 10…

This is my second time working with Chris. Something that has deteriorated in services such as Legal, real estate, etc. Is customer service and simply caring about the person that hired you. Seufert Law is one of the few exceptions in my opinion. I can trust that their goal is a positive and swift outcome. When I need more help, I will call them again.
