I feel honesty, integrity and character are non negotiable factors one should have. I am proud to say that Jared represented me from Shaheen and Gordan. I feel your attorney in many ways is a direct reflection of you. Jared presented himself in a very educated, well mannered polite fashion. He was honest, advised me of his thoughts and presented how he would like to proceed. Seeing first hand in the courts, deliberations and formal meetings how this man presented himself made me honored to have him as my attorney. Again, I say your attorney represents you. Jared was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very composed. He went off of facts and facts alone (with amazing evidence). Jared never based a decision or response off of emotion. Requests, responses were always composed. Always. Without getting too detailed, there was a decision based in our favor that is rarely (and I mean rarely) EVER seen. I can tell you that I have spoken with several others (attorneys/prosecutors included) and all but 1 had never even heard of a decision with such SPECIFIC remarks. Remarks that truly showed I was looked out for and cared for. Nothing short of amazing. Amazing because I knew it was MY best interests that were looked out for. ME AND ONLY ME. Finally, I can breath, I can relax. It was a long battle, many times I was frustrated. At those times Jared would again explain the process, reassure of things and advise things rarely get handled quick. There are delays, things take time. In the end, wow. All I can say is wow. Literally at a loss of words. Very proud. Very thankful. To have Jared from Shaheen and Gordan represent you, you are in very good hands. Rest assured on that. If it can be done, he will get it done. That security and confidence in your attorney is awesome. Nice to be confident in your attorney before court dates/dleiberation dates etc and not worry.
