I cannot recommend Erica enough. If you are looking for an employment lawyer in NJ or NY, she is the person to call. Erica is extremely brilliant and truly knows the law. She has an incredible feel for it, the law, the numbers, negotiation, tactics, strategy, everything. It was very impressive to watch. She is also clearly very passionate about what she does, which really comes through in how she approaches her work and fights for her clients. She is extremely trustworthy and always does what is right for her clients. Erica always remembered the facts of the case, even the small details that were important to me.
