The lawyer assigned to our case is good to work with. Had an issue with the billing, but they were willing to look at it on request and fixed it. Would be nice if they would give us routine updates without us having to request them, at a cost of course. Maybe that’s typical? This is my first experience with a law firm.

While I did not love the fee just to figure out which laywer to be connected with I appreciated their effort to work with me and ensure it was a good experience. My feedback would be to not charge for an initial fee and rethink the size of retainers but they seem to be a good firm trying to do their best for people.

My first visit to the law firm was great. I was greeted by a very polite receptionist and then by two attorneys who gathered information from me and answered my questions. I am now awaiting a primary draft and will move forward from there. The persons I have dealt with to date were very courteous and professional.

I had a telephone meeting with Chris Walker to broach questions about a very complicated matter. Chris had the perfect mix of professionalism, knowledge and effective communication skills. He was able to address all of my questions and concerns. I was convinced that this firm is the only one that I want to represent me.
