I was referred to Simien & Simien, LLC through Morgan & Morgan. This was in relation to the 2010 Deepwater Horizon Incident in which I suffered injuries as a Pollution Investigator with the USCG. The original case began in 2012 by another law firm, but lost traction over the years. I was so impressed that the attorney at SImien and Simien took the time to review my case and although there is no path forward, they were the only law group to take a genuine interest, and for that I commend them. I certainly would consider their services should I need them in the future.

Great Law Firm! Mr.Simien and his paralegal colleague did overtime in my case. I had a difficult case and most lawyers couldn’t help me but they got me justice. Highly recommend.

My wife had a very difficult injury at business and other attorneys would not take the time to hear her out. A friend recommended Simien and Simien LLC, and she spoke with Eulis. He not only took the case, but he fought tooth and nail. Any questions my wife had, and almost any time she could contact him and his staff, and they would take the time to help her. Simien and Simien went to bat for us and in the end prevailed, we would choose this firm any day, and twice on Sunday, Thank you Simien and Simien for your compassion and guidance!!

I highly recommend Simien and Simien as an injury attorney. The firm is very professional, and personable. I contacted them on weekends and after hours, and he and his staff would always answer my questions, and reassure me. Eulis promised me that he would fight until he couldn’t, and he did. I would recommend this firm to anyone.
