I'm so glad I decided to use SimpleCitizen, their system made the process of gathering information and documents much easier and stress free. All the steps were clear and easy to follow, they have images and videos to help you understand the process of the application, and their team is always available to answer your questions in a timely manner. I was trying to send off my application in a tight deadline and it was possible with the tools and the help of my case team. I got my receipt notices in less than 2 weeks. Can't say enough good things about Simple Citizen. The process was incredibly easy, the lawyer assigned to the case Dianna was great and very knowledgeable in the process and easy to work with. I could have possibly did it myself but the product would not have been nearly as nice, well put together, and I most likely would have made some errors along the way that Dianna was able to point out and I corrected. Plus, Simple Citizen makes the forms easy to follow and provides a ton of helpful info on what to include as far as supporting documents. The entire team at Simple Citizen was great, provided fast and thoughtful service. I will recommend them to anyone needing help with their AOS. Also I was up in the air when buying if I wanted the professional plan or enhanced. I went with professional and I fully believe it was worth the extra cost.
