Rob is the hands down the best. I had a very complicated divorce involving (ex's) serious criminal matters and the sale of our business. Rob is intelligent, honest, and available for questions and consultation as the process unfolds. I would highly recommend him!

Too many times attorneys will tell you what you want to hear and get your hopes up and at the 11th hour just before trial they will completely change their tune and you will feel completely misled. Not Robert Singer! He was up front the whole way and he was honest about what to expect. He always gave me all the options and let me choose what to do. He was phenomenal in the courtroom during the trial and everything turned out the way it needed to - Justice was served and it was because of his amazing representation that it was. Thank you Robert!

Unpopular opinion here: I’ve read the amazing 5 star reviews and wish I could say that I shared that experience. I ended representation with Rob after two telephonic meetings where I experienced an impatient tension, bordering on thinly-veiled annoyance with me and/or how I communicate. (I’m currently being treated for cancer and admit I am not a perfect historian because of the related brain fog. Rob knew I was in active treatment for cancer and chose to be impatient with me regardless.) There was no expectation for Rob to modify the legal advice given based on applicable law and his experience, only an expectation to deliver the advice kindly and respectfully; and, according to many of the reviews, he does communicate compassionately regularly. I am not sure why it was challenging for him to communicate similarly with me. When I decided to cut my losses before the communication went any further south, Rob informed me that since I was discontinuing my representation with the firm, I (a cancer patient with hefty medical expenses and soon-to-be single mother) would need to pay for the single credit card swipe from when I paid the $5k retainer. This expense is not identified in the fee agreement. Rob confirmed that the firm pays the credit card fees when the client retains the firm for their entire representation (also not in the fee agreement). The fee charged to run my credit card one (1) time was $150. This is a high price point for a single credit card swipe, especially when it was not disclosed up front nor were there options to pay by cash or check to avoid the $150 cost to run a credit card one (1) time. After a few back and forth emails, I agreed to pay $50 of the $150, but, frankly, spending $50 to run a credit card one (1) time still seems unreasonable.

If you are reading this you are in the right place for a family lawyer I had the privilege to Meet and have Jason Pistiner assist with my child custody case I just can’t afford to keep him. Jason is very professional very responsive within 24-48 hours. He is communicative it isn’t hard to get a hold of him. He definitely listens and hears you out. He plays Fair and he does his best at representing. Jason is honest and upfront he does not tell you what you want to hear Jason tells you what it is. Review speaks for its self .

Greetings, if you are here you are in the right place. I was involved in a vicious 3 year custody battle with my ex over custody with my children. Rob represented me and I have to tell you he is amazing at his craft. I refer to him as my champion 🏆. At every turn, step, and move he was on my side and advocating for me 100%. Custody cases are hard to deal with on every level. I also liked how he updates me with his fees regularly and charges very fairly for his time. I never felt overcharged by him. If you're looking for the best of the best hire Rob Singer. You will be very happy you did.
