Very disappointing attitude toward people trying to pay water bills. Poor communication. Only take cash or checks. No debit or credit cards accepted. If you have to go in to pay a bill don’t deal with the receptionist, actually talk to an account manager or you may not get all of the information that you need and you will be regretful. To the ladies in the office: Please be aware that sound carriers down the hall. You should wait until you hear the elevator doors before discussing clients. Yes I did hear your comments.

Excellent firm. We worked with John, and he is attentive, caring and takes the time to understand and answer our questions. By far, one of the best firms!
