I've been using SBA for 8 years now and I couldn't be happier. Are they expensive compared to some other tax solutions, yes. But you get what you pay for! I have personally saved what has to be 100x of the extra I had to pay for their service. Cindy makes sure I'm doing everything possible to save as much as possible. I have sent numerus friends their way that all have been very happy. Highly recommended and worth every penny.

I was a client for 13 years, in those 13 years I was lucky if I had the "Privilege" to be able to speak to Jarred. When I did speak with him, his condescending manner was something to behold. The filing was always completed without errors no complaints to that. I was paying over $1,200 for 2 tax returns for LLC rental units. This year I dropped off my tax file in Feb, 2 days later I received an email to notify me that our tax preparation would increase to $2,500. No explanation just take or leave it. I left and had them completed, filed, and with the utmost professionalism, within a week for under $600. They call themselves Small Business Accounting to take all your money and keep you small! BEWARE

RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION AS FAST AS YOU CAN. WHAT A MESS!!!!!!! This company changed the election of my LLC for all of my real estate and put it into an S corp and it totally SCREWED me over BIG time and has caused me to pay SIX FIGURES in taxes for her mistake........I AM SHOOK. It also ruined my personal tax strategy I have been working on for four years and undid everything I worked on for the last 4 years. It hurts my soul. I have called and left a message for someone to call me back and no response. While working with them the communication was also horrible. I paid them around $4500 to do my taxes. I didn't blink because I thought I was in great hands. I was extremely wrong. Run run run and find a new CPA. I specifically worked with Cindy. I cannot speak about anyone else at this company but I would not recommend.

Ignore the 1 star reviews at your own peril (and expense). We paid over $1,000 for our business tax return filing, which Jared had completed, but then we needed to hold off while we worked some things out with other business entities. Then when we were ready to proceed with the filing, Jared insisted that we must pay an ADDITIONAL $650 in order for him to re-send the docusign docs, and then to file what he had already completed. A total of 5 to 10 minutes of work. We've found another group who are professional, courteous, and always happy to be of service.
