I had to open a personal injury case for a car accident that involved my daughter and I, so naturally I wanted this case taken with great care as it was dealing with family. Going to Smith Legal group, and getting to work with Austin Woo and his paralegal Bailey was the best choice I could make for my family and I. From the beginning, I could tell this was a family oriented place, and everything down to the referrals and communication was everything and more I could look for in a firm. Not only was where they recommended a great experience for treatments, but the entire process throughout was as smooth as I could ask for. Hearing and answering any questions I had and removing all apprehensions in the process was greatly appreciated. Mr. Woo was wonderfully communicative and let me know that a lot of it was due to his hard working paralegal Bailey. This is an incredible team, and although I hope to never have personal injury cases, I feel confident knowing I have Mr. Woo and Bailey to go to to take care of business. 10/10
