I’m so grateful I ended up working with them! I experienced a workplace hardship and I believed I had a case. I contacted this law firm in good faith hoping to resolve my dispute under the counsel of a trained professional (lawyer). When I called the secretary informed me to schedule an appointment to speak with a lawyer. I scheduled my appointment to the soonest available day they had was a week and some days out, September 2, 2025 for at 4:00 PM. On September 2, 2025 I waited for a phone call from Alexander at 4:00 PM. He didn't call. I figured he would not call or he would send me an email requesting me to reschedule (which would have been professional). However, he did something that I would not expect and/or respect any professional to do, he called late 😒! Our appointment should have been 4:00 to 4:30 PM. Moreover, when he called it was at 4:47 PM (check the attached photos). Which to me is inconsiderate and unpunctual and unprofessional. If he has poor time management skills, how can a client use his services and expect him to present any documents and/or evidence in a timely manner to a judge or any judicial official? Moreover, court cases take a long time to resolve, if Alexander is late all the time he will extend an already long process for a court procedure. Additionally, he didn't even offer an apology for his lack of consideration for my time. However, because I had a serious complaint I overlooked his disregard for time management and proceeded to explain my case. He immediately showed that he was erroneous and his intentions were in bad faith. By arguing and insulting me 😡! He even made allegations against me that the other party I was disputing against did not alude to. I believe he did this as an attempt to sneak in an insult towards me; even though I was cordial and respectful. I didn't insult him in return though I was offended. I will not ever call or recommend any one to this law firm because of their lack of respect, time management skills, unprofessionalism, and derogatory language. Thank you
