I reached out to Solano Firm in April to get started on my immigration petition. First thing I noticed was their amazing customer service and quick attention to detail. In addition they are very meticulous in reviewing every document, form and material which is presented or had to be submitted. I want to specifically highlight our Paralegal Jackie who was available at a moments notice to review and provide information about our case when needed. I also want to shout out Isela for all her administrative help when answering questions, dropping off and picking up sensitive documents, and keeping us updated about the status of the petition. I have nothing but good words to say about how our case has been handled and I highly recommend the services provided by Solano Law Firm. I hired this firm for my I-601A case and the consular process, it was a pleasure working with Jeanette , she made sure she was available for me whenever I needed, when I had my interview in Cd Juárez, I called her directly because I was so nervous and was overthinking EVERYTHING, she always answered my calls and put my mind at ease, I would also like to thank Willhelene for all her help, you ladies were amazing!!!
