I found this firm online and, based on their recommendations and online presence, expectations were high. They collected all of my information beforehand, yet during a Zoom call that wasn’t even 30 minutes long, the lawyer told me he couldn’t help and that they don’t take cases like mine despite their website stating otherwise. They already had my details and should have disclosed this before charging me. I paid $250 for a consultation that provided no guidance or value. Don’t waste your time or money.

Unfortunately, my experience with this law firm over the past two years has been very disappointing. There was little to no concern shown for my immigration case, no consistent follow-ups, and frequent changes in staff without any notice. Communication was poor throughout the process, and this lack of organization and responsiveness put my immigration benefits at risk. I expected much more accountability given the seriousness of immigration matters.

I reached out to Solano Firm in April to get started on my immigration petition. First thing I noticed was their amazing customer service and quick attention to detail. In addition they are very meticulous in reviewing every document, form and material which is presented or had to be submitted. I want to specifically highlight our Paralegal Jackie who was available at a moments notice to review and provide information about our case when needed. I also want to shout out Isela for all her administrative help when answering questions, dropping off and picking up sensitive documents, and keeping us updated about the status of the petition. I hired this firm for my I-601A case and the consular process, it was a pleasure working with Jeanette , she made sure she was available for me whenever I needed, when I had my interview in Cd Juárez, I called her directly because I was so nervous and was overthinking EVERYTHING, she always answered my calls and put my mind at ease, I would also like to thank Willhelene for all her help, you ladies were amazing!!!
