I had an excellent experience working with attorney Brent Day and his team. They took the time to clearly explain every step of the process and made sure I was informed throughout my case. I worked with attorney Andrea Roberts and words cannot express enough how much I was thankful to have her to represent me. From the beginning she was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. I was very nervous going into this, but she provided reassurance and made me feel so at ease. I’m grateful for her hard work and truly admire how much she cares about her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking legal representation.

I used Brent Day Attorney’s Office for my child custody case and couldn’t have asked for better support. From start to finish, I was walked through every step of the process all the way up to court. I worked with Andrea Roberts, and she was absolutely amazing. She answered every question I had, provided solid advice whenever I needed it, and her response time was exceptional. As a father seeking full custody, I was very skeptical going into this process, but Andrea made it possible. Because of her dedication and guidance, I was able to win my case and gain full custody of my kids. This is by far the best attorney’s office I’ve ever worked with. I can’t speak to their abilities as ambulance chasers. I can however, provide a first hand experience that may provide some insight on the type of person with whom you may be dealing, should you choose to use this firm. First, a bit of background. I live in the building next to the law firm on Government. I’ve been there for years. I was there well before they arrived and have watched the work they’ve done on the place. It was impossible to miss because I have such a great view of the firms parking lot and the building from my condo next door. Before they moved in I watched the smash and grab robbery of the ATM that belonged to the credit union that was there before them. There’s a bench in that spot now for smoke breaks and the occasional homeless person sleeps on it and sometimes runners will use it for a break. I sometimes pull into their parking lot on nights, weekends or holidays when I have to unload or load items that will require more than one trip to or from my vehicle. They put up “No Parking” signs along the fence that runs on the property line but because I never occupy a parking spot during normal business hours, I didn’t think it was a problem. I still don’t, honestly. In fact, I’ve done it once or twice for 10-15 minutes while someone or multiple people were there. I’ve waved at Miss Crystal and Attorney Dragan Stojanovic to kind of say “Hi, Thanks.” and they have always been kind enough to wave back. Well, apparently Brent T. Day doesn’t appreciate his neighbor using an empty parking space for 10 minutes to unload Christmas presents. That’s right Christmas, as in today, December 25th. I pull into the end space, closest to Government to carry up some gifts and pull my 4Runner around to our parking lot in back after the first of two trips upstairs and Mr. Day tells me I can’t park there. I said, I’m not parking there, I’m just unloading some things and I’ll be out his lot in a few minutes. He tells me that it’s illegal for me to park there and asked if I saw the signs. I told him there was no sign in front of the space I was in because there isn’t. Then, he says that he’s tired of the trash in his parking lot, which I understand but have never caused and points to some trash on the ground next to my vehicle. He had just watched me get out of my vehicle, he knew that I wasn’t the one who dropped the trash in his parking lot but I still told him that it wasn’t from me. He didn’t care. He said that he was calling a tow truck right then so I got back in my truck and he pulled out of the parking lot so I unloaded my truck and moved it which was the plan the entire time. He’s not a very pleasant individual, in my opinion and is definitely not a great neighbor. Again, this is only my opinion and it is only regarding Mr. Brent T. Day. Dragan Stojanovic has always been courteous enough to wave and has never been a prick about me parking there. He is also the one who has physically done every bit of the manual labor that has gone into making the firm nicer, he gets to work early, sometimes at 4:00am and he often works very late. Those attributes go much further than having your name at the top of the sign and in larger letters in my opinion.
